At MindfulFit Athlete, we offer tailored psychotherapy services designed to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re seeking support with stress management, goal setting, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, or overcoming mental barriers to achieving your fitness goals, we are here to help. Our dedicated Psychological Therapist provides expert guidance to improve overall well-being, integrating mental and physical health for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

 

Lucy, Co-Founder of MindfulFit Athlete, brings 18 years of experience working within the NHS as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. She is currently practising as a High-Intensity Psychological Therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With a deep passion for her work, Lucy is committed to helping individuals break through psychological barriers that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential. She takes a relational approach, adapting her therapeutic style to suit each client’s unique needs.

 

We offer both virtual and in-person sessions, and to help you determine whether our services are right for you, Lucy is pleased to offer a free 20-minute consultation.

 

Community Support & Growth

 

Beyond individual therapy, we are building a supportive community where members can come together once a month to share successes, setbacks, and experiences in a confidential and encouraging environment. This space is designed to foster connection, resilience, and shared learning, ensuring that setbacks are seen not as failures, but as opportunities for growth. Each session will feature group-led discussions on relevant topics, providing an opportunity to support and champion one another on the journey to both mental and physical well-being.
